Can I Return A Product Ordered From Nirogam.Com?

• Yes! Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you just need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can do that by:
• Calling our Customer Support number: (+91) 99581 71405. (We work 10 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Except all Gazetted Holidays) or
• Writing to us at customercare@nirogam.com

How does the return of Goods work?

• It’s very simple!
• After we validate your return request over phone, we will send you an email authorizing the return of goods with our shipping address.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser.
• Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorization email.
• Post receipt of the package, it will undergo inspection. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue refund or merchandise credit for the appropriate amount.
• If however, the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same package back to you.
• In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

Note:

• Nirogam India Pvt. Ltd. will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
• Refund of essential oil and liquid items is not accepted in any condition.
• Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
• Product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box, invoice and a copy of the return authorization email.
• NO Refund will be made, for goods bought through special offers.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can do that by writing to us at info@nirogam.com.
• The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
• If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order.
• We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
• Nirogam India Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages in transit when it is sent by the customer.
